Right First Time – Our Commitment to Excellence
We’re launching our Right First Time initiative, a renewed commitment to doing exactly what we say on the tin – getting it right from the very start.
To be fair, this is something we already achieve more often than not. However, by sharpening our focus and ensuring the entire team is 100% aligned to this goal, we can continue to give our clients the very best experience possible.
Getting it right first time means:
- Minimising the need to return to fix work
- Maintaining continuity and consistency of quality
- Operating more efficiently, which helps keep costs effective for our clients
We’ll also be rewarding our team for delivering on this standard, because great results come from great people. Our clients should see this level of efficiency from us even more clearly than they already do – and that’s something we’re genuinely excited about.
Thinking Bigger: Large Projects & Major Contracts
Another major focus for 2026 is growth through larger projects and tendered contracts.
We already deliver a significant number of large-scale projects, but this year we’re aiming even higher. We have the accreditations. We have the experience. And more importantly, we have the attitude and ambition to match.

If we’re being honest, this is an area where we know we can do better – and hands up, we’re owning that.
